Had my routine blood donation and the nurse told me that my cholesterol is running a bit high. Probably need to cut down my egg consumption:) Speaking of blood donation, I always ask my colleagues to come along but sadly i have yet successfully talked anyone to do it. Is a needle that intimidating? Not to praise myself but I am really proud to have consistently done this. According to the record this is my 9th donation here at Marvell.

A slightly disturbing news to our next weekend hiking trip at Yosemite Half-dome. Just yesterday, a hiker fell to his death. There isn't much details but the news says the weather was cold and cloudy. There was hail and the granite was slippery. Hello! I thought it's summer already and why is the hail? Whatever, hotel and car are booked, there's no turning back to this 17-miles, 4700 feet hike.

Assuming i don't fall into cliff at half-dome (touch wood!), my malaysia trip will be on 27th June. I just booked my China Airlines flight ticket. The price is not particularly cheap but it's okie. With WHO's recent announcement of H1N1 being worldwide pandemic, hopefully I don't get quarantined or stuff like that. Wow, can't believe I am doing this, like having 2 Malaysia trip within 3-month duration. So much to look forward to.

I enjoy celebrating other people birthday but not my own one. For that I didn't list my birthday on facebook. Nonetheless, I am very happy to receive some greeting messages on fb from some old friends. And I had 3 birthday dinners and a cake this year. Thanks guys! Maybe I do enjoy celebrating my birthday after all.
