That's right, I bought a protein powder. I have always been very conscious about my weight, which is about 140 lbs for quite a while. No matter how much i ate I just don't gain that extra pound. With this protein supplement, coupled with regular gym visit hopefully there will be some improvement. Else I may just have to wait until I hit 30 or 40, as my older colleague mentioned, putting on weight has never been easier.

Summer blockbuster is here. Hundreds-million-dollar movies (good or bad) are coming out one after another. I just catched X-men origins: Wolverine last saturday. The movie itself is okie, just a typical action movie but guess what, fandango has this 2-ticket-for-1-ticket-price deal. Since we are watching it before 12 noon, it's only 3 bucks per ticket after splitting. Woot. Really it's not about the extra few bucks i saved but it's the "little deal" that made me happy and the whole movie worthwhile. In view of current sagging economy, there are actually many penny-saving deals out there. Just last week KFC offered online coupon that entitles you a free set of 2-piece chicken meal. Within minutes, KFC were overwhelmed by customers with coupon in hand. There were news that some KFC ran out of chickens, stopped honoring those coupons and police were called in to sedate the hungry customers. I guess economy recovery still has a long way to go:(
