car talk. Other than topic on girls, we have been talking about cars these days, not the ordinary car but sport car. One of my colleagues drives a subaru wrx and another one is considering buying s2000. I am pretty much a car dummy, as in i don't really know much about engine but after a few rounds of trash talk, i pick out some knowledge too. Like i used to wonder why would ppl care about RPM meter (my crappy mitsubishi doesn't even show one), what supercharge is, and some other cool terms like turbo-lag, boast threshold etc. They keep telling me that i should get a fast car while I am still young, so that when i am old i brag to the young ones that i used to own XXX sport car. That's actually what i have been thinking so far, to get a motorcycle, like a 500cc ninja or something. I always like motorcycle. If i don't get it now I don't think if it's possible to get it in malaysia. Don't even think about sport car in malaysia since a small civic costs over 100k rm. Okie maybe i can afford a sport car in malaysia but priority might change in the future. Nonetheless the other side of me is against getting a bike so to save money. Yeah it's true that guy's mind is wired to cars and girls. Isn't it damn sad that i don't have either?

Downloaded 光良 and Jay chou new albums. Both of them pretty much stick to respective styles. I personally like 光良's better. In fact i think all 10 songs are great, which i rarely seen on other albums. Jay's album is so-so. Or maybe i just started listening. You know what i mean, his songs normally takes a while to kick in your mind. Btw, Jay is performing in LA during christmas but it's too far. Chances are i am going for Lee Hom since it's in SF.

Sold AMD shares at lost. Normally I don't sell below-water stock but somehow i don't have confidence in it. Maybe it's what called don't catch on falling knifes. When i read "AMD bug in TLB" i was laughing out loud because my team is currently handling ARM v6 TLB and mmu. Marvell these days is not doing too good either. Recent earning release sent the share to 52-week low, topped the loser chart of the day. It basically repeated last quarter scenario. On top of that, 7% laid off. Stock option is below water now, wtf!
