My manager is currently on a 3-week vacation, and it's not easy to cover some of his stuff, which explains why I have been working more than 10 hours these days. Merely replying emails on his behalf already took so much time. Being in his shoe now and dealing with all the upper management BS, I can totally feel his frustration. Despite the effort spent on work, the big boss doesn't seem to appreciate what I have done. I am not the only who feel this way, many colleagues do. It's definitely something wrong with the management, from VPs to directors to some managers, of this so-called silicon valley fortune 500 company.

But what can you do when life throws you a lemon? And normally it's doesn't come with only one. Suck it up I guess, and am glad that my tolerance and temper are pretty good. Or maybe listening to these amazing and extremely talented youtube singers may help too.

Look at the passion of SamTsui when he sings. If i am gay i would totally fall for him. And how wonderful only if i have that kind of passion for work and everything in my life. I think this is not the first time i say this but i am so making my kids to learn music at young age just because it is easily one of the best present parents can give (whether the kids like it or not:)
