Finally seeing some "green" today after so many days of "red". I am happy today. Man I feel like a gambler now.

Found a colleague to take OS with me at Stanford. I am kind of bored with hardware stuff these days and therefore anticipate doing some C programming. Haven't done it for a while but hopefully not too rusty. My roommate was asking me if I really want to take the course, since it's going to suck up all my free time. Not really sure if I really want it, I just wish to keep a balance between hardware and software skills. At times I thought of learning some low level/analog circuit course because these are what most people do in malaysia. How much computer architecture, OS, compilers worth in malaysia?

Getting bored with my current work. Who doesn't complain about their work anyway? I hope this project will end soon and start something new. Heard that our next project is to improve load-store and ROB unit. Since it involves performance analysis and probably requires some greater mind, my group interviewed one Phd lady from michigan. She eventually turned down the offer because the salary was too low. What a cheapskate chinese company!
