Went to wall climbing last friday. I did it once back in freshman year but don't remember it being fun. But this time i totally love it. I like it being a self-challenged sport and a lot of time you just have to "hang on" when you are exhausted. Then you figure out which way to continue or which foot to put where etc, and eventually climb higher. The wall is about 3 stories height. I am half way through a "level 8" wall but eventually i let go because my hands are too tired to grab on. Surprisingly there are many girls doing it and some of them were climbing level 9 or 10 walls. There could be something wrong with my technique because I don't see how these girls have stronger arm than I do.

Had a company event at Great America themepark. Nothing comparable to LA six-flags but still not too bad. Seems like I am already immune to all the roller-coaster that i don't find them interesting anymore. The only ride that still scares me is the shot-up-shot-down-free-fall thing.

Weighed myself today: 138 pounds, which is about 63 kg. Still 5 kg below ideal. It's good that I make gym a regular routine now. Ran a good 3 miles on treadmill today. Bench press 25 lbs on each side + 45 lbs bar so that's 95 lbs, which about 70% of my weight. Not so bad but definitely can be improved.
