Big shake up in Marvell - the director of my group (ex-group?) has resigned, presumably because of failing to deliver. He is pretty strong technically but in my opinion isn't so hot at management. Nonetheless I was taken aback when Jeff told me about that. I would imagine many other people will leave before he does. After all he is probably the youngest director in Marvell.

So Santa Clara CPU team is really falling apart now. Is it really a big surprise? Oh well, we probably see it coming since a year or two ago.
