Got this in mail box today. It came in faster than I expected, and it's barely green. Nothing significant really, it just saves me some time at immigration next time. With this maybe I should consider visiting Mexico and Canada:)

There is politics going on at work, and clearly our team is at the losing side. While I tried my best at whatever assigned to me, I have lately lost quite a bit of interest in stuff that i am working on. I reckon my technical knowledge has been stagnant recently. To remedy that I am now munching on a tech book "advanced asic chip synthesis", and realized that after being in semiconductor industry for almost 3 years, there's still a lot more that I don't know about chip design. Not a good sign.

2009 is approaching the end. Just booked my ticket to Hong Kong and Malaysia. Contrary to what I used to think about time, I wish it passes even faster this time so that December comes quick. I know it's going to be a good vacation.
