Taiwan typhoon, philippine storm, samoa tsunami, indonesia earthquake, countless of catastrophic disasters had struck us in the past 2 months. It's a sign, the mother nature is waging a war at us. Will there be an earthquake in San Francisco soon? opps touch wood! I was talking to an indonesian friend about the earthquake in Padang that has claimed thousands of lives so far. Surprisingly he was pretty carefree about it. When taiwan was hit hard by typhoon not long ago, i barely see worried faces among my taiwanese colleagues. Lack of patriotism? or out of sight out of mind? I am not judging here but it looks like people don't really bother much. Do I really care if, say Terengganu, is heavily flooded?

went to a dog walking event organized by Milpitas animal shelter. Saw bunch of big and small, cute and ugly dogs, and they gave me a happy day. Dogs are just lovely regardless of their looks. But my day was ruined when i came to this sickening video on china dog eating/trading. I am a horror movie freak but sorry i can't bear to watch this. Those who eat dog meat should have their penis bitten off by dogs, and their blood oozing out slowing, rolling painfully on the floor while being attacked viciously by more dogs and die! and in hell they rot. No mercy!

But what about chicken, pork and fish? oh no i am eating them:(
