• work wise - HTML, javascript, ajax, c#. New stuff but i think i get a hang of it. 
• Hiring employee is an issue at the time there's need to keep the members motivated. Not sure if I am doing good job on that. 
• Relationship: I think i have been hiding my emotion and thought. Maybe we should be more communicative. But often time I don't know how to cross over my point, at the right time. No argument, just talk. I felt like we talk way more, substance stuff, while we were in LDR.
