weather is scorching hot these days and the broken car's air-con makes it even worse. Don't feel like going out during weekend... how can i be tanned then?:) So i ended up reading the world is flat for the whole afternoon. Basically it says that china and india are catching up with US and if the trend continues, US will no longer be the leader. Reading the book makes me feel good about asia countries. Singapore is mentioned for its excellent education. How about malaysia? well at least it is named as one of the manufacturing countries. Wonder when it will be reckoned for its technology, education etc.

My supervisor is from israel. and given the current lebonan and israel issue i saw him constantly on phone with his family members. At least Israel is the winning side now.
