I was about to replace blood taken by SY mum last Sunday at Adventist. Didnt I expected that this time I was not allowed to donate because my blood pressure was over 150. The nurse measured 3 times within 30 min and the reading was consistent.

I always know that my BP is high, just not to this extent. The nurse adviced me to monitor for a few days. Sadly after few days of monitoring, the result is pretty consistent. I am seeing Dr. tomorrow. Funny thing is high BP is always associated with older age people, so what does that tell me?
