started working. Gone through orientation with about 30+ interns on the first day. I guess qualcomm takes in about 200 summer interns. Not surprisingly the majority are indians, asian isn't that much, and of coz male-dominated. I hate technical companies:(
The buildings are scattered around, it's really hard to get around without car. I am working for verification group, will be doing testing stuff... in a way it makes use of my 765 knowledge so that's good. My office-mate is an indian from USC, cool guy, down-to-earth and doesn't smell funny.
So this saturday i am moving out from hotel and will be staying at a sublet apartment. It's a nice new apartment, too bad it's unfurnished, but its gym is bigger than CMU's one.
Anyhow, San Diego has a lot to offer, especially beach stuff. Everyone is telling me that man, you should go surf... ahem, sorry i don't swim.
