Currently at Phoenix Arizona International Airport, waiting for my next connecting flight, which is scheduled 2 hours later, to San Jose. The initial travel plan doesn’t require such a long waiting. My flight from Pittsburgh to Phoenix is 7.30am and I missed it, not because of me being late, but the damn long line in Pitt Airport. So I missed the 730am flight. The guy said sorry, there is no vacancy in today flight and my ticket doesn’t allow me switching airlines… wtf! I told him that I need to get to San Jose absolutely by tonight and after a while something works out, phew… So I had a 9am flight on another airline to Phoenix first and then to San Jose. While going through the terminal, so lucky that I was randomly chosen to go through “thorough” security check… got to take everything in and out, troublesome. Boarded the plane and seemed like I am the only Asian on board, probably because this flight is heading to Arizona. Reached here after 3 hours and guess what, all airport terminal gate were damn fully occupied that the flight couldn’t find a spot to stop, resulting in an extra 30 min airplane parking wait on the runway. If my connecting flight were within 30 min I would be screwed again! There are so much uncertainty when it comes to flight and airport. Good thing about keeping a blog, you can do something when u have nothing better to do at time like this....
