According to my friend, having a gf is like taking a 99 unit class. The time you spend on it is more than any courses you took on campus. And he said going after a girl is like trying to register for a class. She is the lecturer. Popular classes are always harder to get in. Sometimes you are being put on waiting list, and the waiting list keeps growing. If you got the special permission from the lecturer, then you jump the waiting queue and straight in the class, otherwise you hope someone will drop the class. Interesting.... Whenever friends back home message me, first thing is "how are you doing?" the next thing would be "have gf there?" err... well.. I guess i am always on waiting list. I do have target. But there are other stuff that actually hold you back...like she is a devoted christian with bunch of christian fellows, she is kinda abc, different nationalities, lifestyle and even the way we speak ... things are complicated. Friends said that you got to try, but I don't want to risk the friendship...so what... don't think too much, save time and go study. That's why I like to stay in cluster, surrounded by bunch of ece guys, no distraction... nice nice.
